Iduna Design Co. work hard to guarantee the quality of your purchase from order to arrival. All prints are shipped in one of two ways:
- Wrapped in protective, ink preserving paper and packaged inside a rigid cardboard tube.
- Wrapped in the same ink preserving paper and sealed in a hard backed envelope.
If your purchase arrives damaged then please see the Returns section below.
Customs and import taxes.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Iduna Design Co. uses Paypal to process all payments. You DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to check out. You can, however, make a payment through your account if you do have one.

Returns & exchanges.
Please contact us before you return an item to obtain a returns number – this speeds up the process both for returns and exchanges.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges – just contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back to the address provided within 30 days of delivery after you notify us of a return.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
- Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- Fulfill your order.
- For legal reasons (like paying taxes).
